Visited here with one of my family. Doctor was good but didn't issue right away for a laboratory request what we want. But hopefully next time will be smooth.

Went to location as guided by Google maps. Either maps took me to the wrong place or they don't have signs. Both are business's responsibility. I wasn't in the mood for a scavenger hunt and cancelled.

Wanted to see an internal medicine doctor for specific concerns. Made an appointment here. Felt like I was probably their youngest patient since they're right at Menno Haven!The building is new and nice with ample parking. Go in and to the left for the Internal Medicine part. The waiting room is tiny and not welcoming at all. One receptionist and she was clearly overwhelmed, I felt bad for her. She remained attentive and friendly the best she could.Nurse/med assistant was friendly and welcoming. Provider was, too. She made me feel comfortable to talk about why I was there. However, I felt that she didn't ask nearly as many questions as she should have in order to get the full picture, and I felt like I was forgetting a lot of details because of it. I'm always nervous at a doctor's office, so I tend to forget details about my concerns.She ordered tests, which I had done. I got a portal message that they were normal. That's fine but normal results didn't fix my issue. She prescribed a medication to try at my visit as well. I feel that a follow-up call would have been warranted to check and see how the meds were doing. I felt like I was just sent away and that's it. No real caring. There's no reason why the nurse/med assistant can't follow up with patients who come in for health concerns, especially when a new medication is provided. Minimally a portal message (I do like the portal). But I got nothing. Makes me feel like my health issue doesn't matter and I'm just another insurance claim.I really did have a good first impression of the provider, aside from the lack of questions. I just figured those were because she wanted to start with tests and go from there. Made sense at the time, but now I see the whole picture.Will I go back? Yes because of the friendly and warm staff. But I will make a detailed list next time and come more prepared. I shouldn't have to "learn" from my first visit to a new doctor's office.

I had an appointment at 9:15. Got there at 9:30 and was turned away. Reason for being late? They moved and I was never notified. Got lost trying to find it. They marked me down as a no show AFTER I got there. 15 min late! What a joke. Will be there early next time. If not taken by 15 min after appt time, raising hell.

this is by far one of the worst doctors visit I ever experienced..I fell like I was judged from the moment I went into this location and did not get the services that I payed for ...there rude and very nasty at this location ...never again....and I hope a F4 tornado come down on top of this location. Some doctors office we don't need in our community.

Not impressed. Not much more than a glorified secretary referring you everywhere taking no responsibility for his patients. If your disability FORGET it. You will not be served. After they waste your time.
