I’ve always enjoyed my experiences at Warm Spring Day Spa, especially my appointments with Ingry. I’ve been a customer for quite some time and have used more of their services than just massages, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
I received a call today regarding an appointment I have scheduled for July 1st—an appointment that has been booked for months. During the call, I was informed that I needed to pay a deposit of more than 50% of the service cost in order to keep my appointment. It was mentioned if I couldn’t quite do that then they could work something out that’s a “little less”
I understand requiring deposits to help prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows. However, I don’t think it’s reasonable to call clients with appointments that have been scheduled for months and suddenly require a large deposit. Had this been a newly booked appointment and it was stated while I was scheduling that I would need to pay a deposit that would have been a different story.
What made the situation even more frustrating was being told this isn’t actually a new policy. I have scheduled MANY appointments with them and never once had to do this. The only time I’ve been told a deposit is required is for “parties” or couples massages (which I have done both before). When I expressed that I didn’t really have the money available right now I was told, “We’re really trying to push it now.” When I said I guess I’d have to cancel, the response was simply, “Okay, have a nice day.”
As a long-time customer who has supported the spa through multiple services and has never really last minute cancelled, the entire interaction felt dismissive. I simply hope they consider handling this differently for appointments in the future. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

i’ve been meaning to make this review for a while but i end up forgetting but i’ve been going to Heather for a while now and automatically she listened to what i said, where my problem areas are and kind of personalized my massage for me to focus more on my problem areas. What i really love about her is she gets to know everything that is going on with my body and does a-lot of research to give me a better massage to help my body. She introduced me to cupping and i am in love i feel so much better now i feel like i don’t have as much tension and she knows exactly where to place the cups to give me the maximum amount of relief. I cannot wait to see her again she is definitely my fav and i will be sticking with her

Heather is phenomenal! She is very personable and you can tell she is very passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. You will leave there feeling so relaxed, light, and rejuvenated - but also ready to take a nap! I recommend her to everyone!

I was able to book online same day for a 30 min massage with Heather, who was new to the Spa, sh very knowledgeable about her profession. Thank you for working the stress out of my muscles.

I had a wonderful massage. Heather is very knowledgeable in her massage methods and techniques to help my muscles and relieve tension. She also used gua sha therapy, which I found highly effective.

Lily & Chloe made my daughters spa day so special! Lily did our facials first, followed by a haircut by Chloe. They both went above & beyond, were kind, paitent & just made our day so relaxing & enjoyable. We are both looking forward to our next visit! It was our first time here & have only good things to say about all the staff & services. You all were so lovely!!!! Thank you!!!
