Can I just say how friendly and professional Emberlynn is? I come in often and she is always sweet, friendly, and efficient. The other ladies are as well. Also, the app makes it even easier to receive deals and keep up with my points!

I was in yesterday for the second time ever. I got a gift card for Mother's Day I wanted to use. my first experience was great. I had a very helpful employee (Marima). the second time all the employees were on their cel phones and no one asking if I needed help. when she came after I chased her down she left several times when I wasn't done having her unlock the cabinets to get perfume. I finally decided on 3 of them. the person helping us put them at the register. I approach to pay for them using my gift card first. she said I have to put some numbers in a machine off the card that I couldn't read. I love this Ulta! Everyone is so friendly. My hair salon stylist, Samantha is the absolute best with all my hair needs! She worked her magic again today. I love getting my hair done here and shopping all at once. Grateful and will keep coming back!
