I recently lost my sister to cancer. She had prearranged her cremation through Thomas L. Geisel funeral home which made the process easy. Erika is the staff member that helped us through this, and she was outstanding and couldn't have been more supportive and transparent about what we needed to do. Erika was very willing to answer any and all questions we had and processed all the required paperwork and provided us copies in a timely manner.
Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home went above and beyond for our family during an incredibly difficult time. Every member of their team was kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. They made a challenging process feel manageable and treated our loved one — and our family — with the utmost respect and dignity. From the first call to the final service, their professionalism and compassion were evident in everything they did. Chambersburg is very fortunate to have such a caring, dedicated team supporting families when they need it most. I can’t thank them enough for their guidance, warmth, and empathy.
