Customer service: EXCELLENT communication prior to, during, and post installation. Provided extremely thorough assessment of our roof conditon along with a narrated video explaining problems. Jason answered questions and addressed concerns throughout the two-day process. Kudos to him and his crew who worked feverishly to fix our roof. Hands down - will call them again to help others.
