Justin was friendly and super convenient. Realized today(on a Sunday afternoon) that I could have a document notarized so I didn’t have to travel to DC with my husband to get a last minute passport for my son. Called and made an appointment with him for two hours later(AGAIN ITS SUNDAY). He does work out of his garage, but don’t let that scare you off! He’s top notch and his availability can’t be beat!
