This place is great. I needed a spare key for my ebike battery case and no other places were able to make me one. I took my one key to Nancy and she was able to find a blank that matched and with cutting and then filling by hand to thin it down she was able to duplicate my key for a very reasonable price. Even the heybike manufacture was not able to give me a blank to cut. Nancy and the other person in the shop was very friendly and extremely helpful going the extra mile to help me. Will use them again for my larger projects also.Thanks again Nancy.

Kind and helpful. Team was accommodating. We plan to use them for future lockouts. We are a property management business who often needs to access homes and Nancys Lock and Key was helpful and professional. They asked for documentation to be sure the home we desire access to was truly one that we were to access. I was in a rush to run some errands and accidentally went out the back door without my keys locking myself out of the house. Gave Nancy’s a call and Josh was there to help me out within 15 minutes of calling. He also got the job done in less than 10 minutes and was very kind. If I ever end up in this situation again I know who to call for help!
