I am beyond happy with the customer service provided and professionalism! When I had an issue requiring their expertise, she was there right on schedule and worked the situation with absolute professionalism and was super friendly. 5 stars all the way!
My wife had locked both sets of keys in her car and her keypad on the exterior was not working in addition. Nancy’s Lock and Key was out to her location asap and had her back on the road at a good price!! Cannot recommend this company enough!
My husband and I locked ourselves out of the house today. I called 3 different companies and got the run around of “a technician will call you” only to have the technician call and say either they were booked or don’t service the area. My husband called 3-4 other companies before google surfaced Nancy’s. They got to us with in 45 minutes (we live in rural mountain area) and had us in our house within 10 minutes. Nancy’s will be my first call every time for locksmith services going forward!!!
