“I locked my dog in my car during a heat wave!! I checked the app and wasn’t able to unlock the car that way so I immediately called Nancy’s. I explained my dog was in the car and that the car was in the shade, I was told it would take 20-35 mins. They arrived in 17mins. Within 25 mins my door was open, no damage to my car and most importantly my fluffy girl was safe and sound! Could not recommend this service more! 10/5 stars“
