Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The provider was very knowledgeable and interacted with my 10 year old son very friendly and explained things on a level he could understand also. That helped my son feel confident and comfortable.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jason Birkel, I saw him for multiple issues in my foot which included arthritis pain. It was so reassuring to see a doctor who really cared and understood how to help me. I have seen a few doctors about the pain including an orthopedic surgeon and IR doctor. Dr. Birkel explained everything, took his time, and helped me immeasurably with my pain.

My grandmother sees Dr. Birkel regularly, and he and the staff are always extremely caring and patient with her. He listens to her concerns and provides her with good care and an excellent bedside manner, even though the office is often very busy with patients. I have had to reschedule appointments for her a couple of times, and the front office staff is always responsive and understanding as well.
