Update, after further investigation they had to schedulers and while one was on vacation the other was positive for covid. This is what cause the issues I experienced, however since covid we should all have learned to adapt and there for know only two ppl trained is inadequate. And crosstraining is 100% necessary in today's society, I'll change my rating to 2 stars. However learning from our inadequacys and adapting is the only way to move forward and become stronger.If your not moving forward your falling behind .. there is no middle ground.Can't take anyone due to scheduler being out...It's call cross training. My wife's needs seen and was referred here only to be told...read full review
