First time customer at this salon and I have to say, I finally found my place! The transformation Zanna did on my hair was incredible! To get the results I wanted in the first session was everything I wanted! Everyone is extremely friendly and made me feel right at home!
Not only did Zanna take such excellent care of my hair (from a brownish/coppery whole big mess to a platinum blonde with a dark root melt) but she took the time to educate me to be able to continue properly caring for my hair. The atmosphere in the salon is like no other I’ve ever been in-everyone is genuinely happy to be doing what they love and you can feel that in the energy there and see it in the work they do!! Everyone was talking and laughing and it was just a really great experience all around, and the fact my hair turned out even better than I had hoped, 10000/10 recommend!!
We started coming to Haven Hair bc we love Sam. She is amazing. But our first visit there was a little awkward… I stood there without being greeted for almost 5 minutes. The front desk girl ignored me, wouldn’t look at me or even say hi. Then a second girl comes up and eventually asks if I had been helped which I said No. There was also nobody else in the room as far as clients go. I felt she could have at least said hi I will be with you shortly but we didn’t get a single word out of her. I watched her greet the next client that did walk in and check her in so I’m not sure why we were treated that way? Hoping that changes next time we come, as we felt very uncomfortable. :/
