I have been using this place for 6 years to have my hair done and she is great with hair. There r 3 hairdressers total. They are always friendly and makes everyone feel at ease. I would recommend this place to anybody
I am new to the Chambersburg area and chose Inside Out because of the interesting exterior and convenient location. WOW, was I impressed! Joan, the proprietor cut my hair exactly as I asked. She gently made suggestions to modernize my look and the results, a week later, are still fantastic. Tomorrow I go for a pedicure! The staff is friendly and professional. I was served a wonderful almond milk cappuccino, made right there in the Hot Java Coffee Shop which is owned and a part of, Inside Out! I highly recommend it!
