Well, this is my second purchase with Flohr Pools for a hot tub. The first purchase was 24 years ago for a sovereign Hot Springs hot tub. Not only have they provided the supplies for all of these years but they also have provided great customer service and maintenance work. I give this place a five star rating because that’s how they operate. Five star all the way. This is our second hot tub After 24 years. We purchased a Caldera Seyshelles Hot tub in a paradise series. I had a wonderful experience working with Zach and Grant. I don’t think anyone knows more than Zach when it comes to pools and hot tubs. He was able to answer every question when I was buying, and can always help if I’m having any issues. Flour pools is a great place to go to if you’re considering purchasing a pool or spa.
