I had a most pleasurable experience last week at Dick’s, as have been all my visits there. I stopped in to check if they had received an order from my Dr. for a cane, and was waited on by Crystal. Although it was around lunch time, she took the time to locate the order, check for insurance coverage, and show me my choices of canes. Then upon inquiring for the automated phone number for ordering CPap supplies, she stated she could take care of checking on what I was due for, since I was already there. Within minutes, I walked out of there with my cane, and all my up to date CPap supplies! I can’t commend Crystal enough for her pleasantness, kindness, and professionalism....read full review

My mom gets her oxygen from them. Tonight her machine broke and they sent a new one right over at 10pm at night. Everyone was super helpful and so patient helping us through these hard times. I got my CPAP through them and haven't had any problems with customer service on either side.
