My mom gets her oxygen from them. Tonight her machine broke and they sent a new one right over at 10pm at night. Everyone was super helpful and so patient helping us through these hard times. I got my CPAP through them and haven't had any problems with customer service on either side.
Heather is very helpful and when my mother first needed oxygen they went out of their way to expedite delivery. The person delivering the oxygen gave us clear and easy to understand instructions. We are very pleased with Dick's Homecare.
For the most part, staff is friendly and capable, especially the young lady who explained my new C Pap in Chambersburg. However, when getting replacement supplies, I had to make a second trip— wrong filter.
