I had a great experience with Jocelyne and the team at Baxter Environmental. I reached out with concerns about a wet HVAC filter and the fact that my ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years. They responded quickly and got me scheduled right away. Chris came out to assess the system, set up mold testing, and clearly explained each step. We just received a detailed report with the results, and now I feel confident that we’re handling the situation the right way. Jocelyne and her team are complete experts on indoor air quality. They have a whole Breathe Healthy Initiative that educates around these indoor environments and helps increase the importance on controlling these type of pollutants.
