I had a great experience with Jocelyne and the team at Baxter Environmental. I reached out with concerns about a wet HVAC filter and the fact that my ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years. They responded quickly and got me scheduled right away. Chris came out to assess the system, set up mold testing, and clearly explained each step. We just received a detailed report with the results, and now I feel confident that we’re handling the situation the right way. I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind this team provided. Highly recommend!
The crew worked very hard throughout the morning and early afternoon. Their care and concern for my wood floors throughout was quite evident - they laid down runners and were especially careful as they moved from room to room. Definitely recommend Baxter!!
Baxter Group employees came and assessed the damaged area, and gave us very favorable quote to do the work. Work was done with a minimum of disruption to our schedule. They cleaned up after their work very well. And we received a follow up report in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the whole project. Would highly recommend Baxter Group for this type of issue - mold remediation.
