Jefferson Primary Care – Chalfont has a team of dedicated staff and clinicians. The staff are super nice and friendly. The place is very clean. Dr. Neft is always on point with a great attitude and care. The practice has been well-regarded for 15 years. The staff, including Donna and Nancy at reception, are patient and courteous. They make patients feel like friends and are dedicated to their care. Nurse Practitioner Walters and Dr. Oh are also great, listening to patients and not rushing appointments. The team is amazing, working hard to ensure patients are well-cared for, even when overwhelmed. They are quick thinkers, dedicated, and courteous, making patients feel welcome and understood. Overall, Jefferson Primary Care – Chalfont provides great care with a friendly and dedicated team.
I've been coming to 1700 Horizon Dr, for a long time! I have to say Dr Neft has taking care of myself and my Fiance and he is always on point! He always has a great attitude with care and concern!
Although overwhelmed, the staff and clinicians are amazing. Like many within the healthcare system, and especially since Covid, the practitioners and staff's time and energy are pushed beyond their limits. With that said, Family Care Medical Center, staff and clinicians are so dedicated to make sure their patients are well-cared for.
Heather and Donna, as usual, always make me feel like a friend and ask how life has been. That extra bit goes a long way.
Nancy at reception is patient and courteous, juggling phones like an extra limbed octopus.
Dr. Neft is a quick thinker and able to get to the root of the issue efficiently and without error.

I am so pleased that I chose Family Care Medical Center as my new primary care physicians. Dr. Sophie Oh is caring and compassionate, and all of the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. Even during COVID times when extra precautions are needed, it's easy to see that keeping patients happy and healthy is the entire staff's primary goal. Thank you for warmly welcoming me to the practice!
