Yes highly recommend this dentist. Exceptional professionals that are customer oriented. They strive for quality of care, keeping patient and parent informed, and incorporated in the care throughout the process with discussion and support interviews . Truly a great example of quality care.
My 4 and 2 year old daughters have had consistently good experiences at Highpoint. Most recently, we saw Dr. Mike when my older daughter complained about tooth pain. The office for us in for a next-day appointment and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes total. Both Dr. Mike and the hygienist put her at ease and made the appointment fun. All of our experiences for cleanings and emergencies have been great.
We had to find a new dentist office and I'm glad we went here. We had appointments for June but they kept us on the wait list in case we could get in due to a cancellation, and it worked! The hygienists and Drs. are certainly on the go, keeping the flow of patients moving nicely. We saw Dr. Micheala (?may be misspelled), she was friendly and really seemed to know how to work with all ages. They have a great waiting area with colorful built-in benches, plus a small bathroom right there when you come in. Best of all, there is a "gumball machine" style prize dispenser where the patients get a prize. No hands digging through a box of prizes, no waiting... read full review
