I could not be happier with the care that VRC Malvern gave my dog. They treated him AND us with such kindness. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Fatula, everyone treated us with so much compassion. The facility is VERY clean, and there's plenty of space to spread out while you wait. The prices are extremely fair, especially for a speciality vet and they are super transparent about the treatment plan before you pay for/agree to anything. I'm so happy we decided to take him to VRC and we highly recommend you choose them if you're dealing with a pet emergency. Flynnie is on his way to recovery and it's all thanks to VRC!!
The atmosphere and staff here are excellent. Obviously brining your pup or pal to an ER isn’t fun, but they try to make you comfortable, and depending on your pets needs they may give you your own private room.
Urgent Care Vet called to let them know I was coming and they were expecting me. My do was take back upon arrival and I was able to talk to a Vet within the hour. Tests were performed in a timely manner and my dog was discharged. Very happy with the process and the outcome.
