Absolutely delighted with our TerraSol experience. We were all about solar but for years had been overwhelmed by all the options and scammy-seeming companies, we weren’t sure where to even get started. So grateful to have connected with TerraSol, we met with Brett who was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared -- he helped us lower our power bill before we were even talking about panels.
The quote was thorough, detailed, and (honestly) lower than we expected. They listened to our desires and never tried to upsell us. The installation team was awesome and efficient. We had almost 40 panels up and running in a day!
Utility rate increases were driving me crazy and I was completely new to the idea of home solar when I started considering it in the fall of 2025. I took a detailed approach to picking the right contractor. I considered every solar provider on the State of Delaware list of approved contractors for solar incentives. There are at least 50 on that list. It was New Year's Eve 2025 when I sent an email to every one of those vendors asking who might be interested in our project. Brett from TerraSol was the very first to reply. I was disappointed in the overall response rate, with only maybe ten vendors saying that they were interested. TerraSol went above expectations. Their team was incredibly considerate of my home and time and was always willing to handle questions and concerns with professionalism and honesty. Their email support was always active and I never felt like I was being left in the dark about anything or any of the process. I selfishly asked them to change a lightbulb because they had the ladder that could reach my third floor light fixture that I couldnt and Josh was excited to do so at no extra effort. It took him 3 mins but it meant so much to me. The solar installation was beyond smooth and they made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.
