“I don't know where to start. I had such an amazing experience during my prenatal massage! They had a proper wedge pilllow with the open belly spot which allows you to lay prone/face down. I hate sideline massages so this was a huge plus. The owner was my therapist and she was amazing. Perfect pressure. She knows what she is doing and you can tell she cares about helping people. Very genuine and i felt the trust in her before I even layed on the table. I love the vibe of the place. Not your normal spa atmosphere. The whole place was so fun. I got the 90s room and it took me back for sure. It was amazing how the fun throwback vibe did not take away from the relaxation at all. The whole design of the place is truly one of a kind. I never rebook a massage same day. Im a call you when im ready type but man I HAD to make sure i had a spot for 4 weeks out and rebooked. 10/10 recommend. Best massage ive had. 👏👏👏“

“I go to the Westchester location and I have never had a bad experience. Quite the opposite, actually! I see Kate who works behind the counter often and she is so kind! Every time I come in, I get greeted with a friendly hello, and every time I leave, I get greeted with a goodbye. She’s the best! The tanning beds are always clean, I’ve never had an experience where the one was not. They do a great job getting people in and out, I’ve never had to wait once for a bit. That’s really all I’m looking for, friendly people that work here, getting in and out fast and cleanliness and that’s what I get!“

“I feel like I need to say thank you in excess to B-tan. The tanning salon I typically use is around the corner; a smaller facility yet more affordable to us single moms. But, it’s short staffed- leaving customers SOL when an employee pulls a last minute “call in sick.” I only tan once a week so pulling up to a closed salon is beyond frustrating. But B-tans is always open when that happens. FYI: the complimentary towel provided to use after your session isn’t in the room - you have to grab it before you go in to your session. I usually forget bc no other salon I’ve been to does it that way, so I’m not used to it. Just wanted to give a heads up incase you sweat like I do. Reason for only 4 stars; I’ve only been there a few times but each time, I use a different bed and every one of them either has a bulb out, one side gets way hotter than the other or I just see no difference in my skin tone really at all afterwards. I do tan very easily due to my ethnicity. My typical results : visible immediately upon exiting the bed . I’d love a nice even “bake” for 10-12 minutes with all fresh, hot bulbs. At Almost $40 for one session, I feel like thats a bit steep for beds to be missing bulbs/ not operating at full capacity. Other than that, consistent hours is a huge plus and a great, very welcoming, friendly staff.“
