Your front desk staff is quite cold, I watch them offer other clients offer tea, water or coffee, yet they rarely (if ever) look up front the desk, speak in a whisper and have never once said “thank you” after I complete my financial payments.
The front desk staff of any business should be warm, welcoming, kind and polite. I feel as if I am bothering them simply when checking in.“
