It was a major deal for me because this particular zipper closed the “changing area” of the bag. Long story short, I needed a new bag if the zipper could not be fixed. I went to one cleaners and they said to come back in a few hours for someone to look at it. I went to Ted’s next and upon walking in they looked at it right away and started working. The guy assured me that it was an easy fix and he could see what he could do. I just appreciated the fact that I wasn’t dismissed immediately and he actually stopped what he was doing to fix my zipper. It took less than 5 minutes. I’ve now found my new go to cleaners for my future needs.“
