The last couple of visits were my first ever and I was definitely immediately impressed! The staff were all very nice and I’ve had Dr. Yang from before and you couldn’t find a more caring and attentive doctor. Definitely kudos to all there.
Clive Williams (NP) was my healthcare provider during this visit. Although my wait time was not “5 Star” (staff seemed unaware that it is requested - via the texting appt reminder service - that patients arrive for appointments 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time; that 15 minutes plus another almost 45 minutes was unexpected), Clive was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable.
A huge thank you to the individual who hired a woman named Quanyae. I wanted to leave this review because of her outstanding customer service skills. I was at the facility on Wednesday, and she did not hesitate to go out of her way to help an elderly patient who needed assistance. Her diligence and unselfish desire to help really touched my heart.
