We have been using Chads Ford Climate Control for years—not just for our home but my sister’s and parents’ as well. So we know the great quality of service to expect. Martin Smith has been our go to during all these years and he runs a great team and product. Honest, fair, and always helpful in explaining and addressing our issues.
Jeff, Sean, and Jason were great to deal with, took time to answer all of our questions, were extremely polite and courteous, and definitely take pride in their work. Service like this is why we have been repeat customers over the years.
John DeBow was great. He called me immediately after I spoke to their dispatch and walked me through how to fix the issue. AC is now working again in less than 20 minutes after I called.
Our A/C died yesterday afternoon during Day 1 of this heatwave. Jesse had been about to go home for the day, but came to us instead. within an hour, he diagnosed our issue and restored service so we could sleep last night. He made us VERY happy. Thank you Chadds Ford!
