Great experience! Jack responded to an emergency call when our furnace stopped working. Not only was he fast and friendly, and not only did he get our heat back running at midnight of the coldest night of the year, but he went above and beyond and fixed an issue that we had been dealing with for awhile.
YThe blower motor on our heat pump went out on Wednesday and Jesse was able to come check it out and order replacement. The motor was not in-stock, but Jesse order it immediately and it came in Friday. Jesse picked it up and installed promptly. System back up and operating properly. We are very satisfied and gladJessy was our technician. He is polite, friendly, courteous and best of all, thorough. He explains what he is doing, makes any appropriate corrections, and provides useful recommendations. He's 5 star in our book and he's earned our trust.
Jack E provided thorough maintenance service on our geothermal system. He explained his service and will order 24x30x1 polarized filters which he recommended. Jack is courteous and helpful. This is our first maintenance service by Chadds Ford Climate Control.
