I have no complains….Dr Young is great and so is Judy. I been going there for years and never had a bad experience. No one pushes a service on you which I greatly appreciate. On occasions, they have great specials which my wallet loves. Their prices are fair. The office is a little outdated but that is of no importance to me.

Felt uncomfortable. Its definitely geared for younger women. Had a consultation because of some medical facial sensitivity, hoping for expert advice. It turns out it wasn't the best and canceled the treatment. Went somewhere else to get good advice and so glad I did. They were at least compassionate and caring. Not like the stuck up women at Young's Medical. I called a few months later to ask a question about injectables....wow! Again, another rude sounding lady...practically out right telling me your not welcome! Like another reviewer on here...I do not recommend!!! No need to respond with how sorry you are about my experience! For what ever reason your ladies feel superior to others, idk, but ought to be retrained! Obviously, we come to a service like this because of not liking what we see in the mirror! Do better! Regardless of age, one needs to feel comfortable enough to trust the process. You failed!

I was there recently to get a laser treatment on my legs. Judy Walls and Vanessa Velez were in the room assisting me. They were professional, nice, and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went in and had an interesting intake. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Very sweet and pleasant .The lady who came in with the tablet and who did the intake was unpleasant and disgustingly rude for no reason. She took me into an outdated room (not the gorgeous aesthetics I am used to) and then proceeded to give what I thought was sound advice but the way she came across was awful. The whole time she spoke I couldn't help but note that she needed some Botox or fillers herself. I knew I was never going to let her anywhere near my face either. So lady, thanks for your input and advice. I was able to go to a place I had visited before in Pa and they scheduled me right away so I had a great day. I don't recommend this location because of this kind of interaction and rude attitude- if you are having a bad day, do us all a favor and stay home. At the end of the day if you are selling a service and customers are looking for that service, they are happy to spend their $$ elsewhere which is what I did and would never refer anyone here because of your attitude. So you have just lost business but I was able to find the service elsewhere.

Always do an excellent job on botox. I get crows feet, eleven, and top lip. This spa is the only one that does the perfect placement of botox. I wont go anywhere else and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

My favorite medical spa ever! Judy really takes her time and makes sure you are numb and comfortable during lip injections! Plus she always gets me the shape I want! I just show her a reference photo and she nails it every time.

Very informative consult prior to the procedure. The staff is very nice and friendly, finished everything in a timely manner. Multiple providers available on the spot in case needed as well, which was much appreciated. Very neat as clean as well. Would recommend this place!
