I called to get an ETA on my package, and I ended up speaking with one of the kindest customer service representatives I’ve ever talked to. She quickly located my package, provided me with an update, and reassured me that it would arrive soon. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire call. It was truly a great customer service experience.
It was very busy, but they let me drop my empty trailer, and I'll go back early morning to pick up my loaded trailer. They paved the back lot and are erecting another building on the property....??
