We had an old circuit breaker panel box that kept cutting of and finally went out on a Friday afternoon. He came by in 15 minutes and discovered some of the old breakers were arcing inside the panel box. Joe removed them and restored half of the panel within the hour. We needed to replace the circuit panel box which Joe was able to do the following Wednesday at a very reasonable price. We haven't had any issues since.
