The experience with GenPro was beyond thorough, timely, and efficient. The meeting with Jay was extremely informative. He took the time to answer every question that I had given that I researched the information prior to the meeting. He presented all the options and expressed what would be best for our situation. We felt well informed to make an appropriae decision. The technician that reported the day of the installation left us in awe of his ability. Donald Snyder took the time to explain what he was planning to do and worked feverishly the entire day. I have not seen such an impecable work ethic in a young man in a very long time. At the completion of the job, he explained every aspect of the generator in such a way that we feel comfortable enough to manage the system. The office personnel has been very friendly and return calls or emailsin a very timely manner. This company is beyond the term "Best". I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We chose GenPro to install our first home generator about 5 years ago and have been very happy with their outstanding service. This past week we hired them to relocate our generator since we're building an addition to our home. Donald was our lead service technician and he was great - on time, professional, kept us well informed, friendly and accommodating. The re-wiring, new gas line placement and installation of the generator on the other side of your home went smoothly and passed all inspections immediately. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of Donald and his assistant in completing the job. The extra bonus is that the area where the generator was installed… read full review
