Kelli and Melissa who managed the scheduling, permits, and billing were fantastic. Every communication was detailed, they stayed on top of all of it, so you're not having to ask many questions about the process: They handle it for you.

When it came to the permitting, they were so thorough that the inspector only had to come to the house once (it could have been multiple times if not done as well). GenPro thought of that so we didn't have to worry about it.
