Company under sized the unit for our home with the previous owner. The unit does not work to cool the house and we are told "too bad, you need to purchase a new unit." If you're looking to go with this company thing again and go somewhere that has morals.

Would not recommend. Paid over $600 for repair to AC unit 3 months ago. Got home from vacation today and AC is not working. They won't come out until Monday because we don't have a contract with them. Today is Saturday and temps will be 90+ today and tomorrow. What about standing behind the work you did in Match? On top of everything technician was rude on the phone. Wish I could give zero stars

We just requested an emergency service, and it was beyond awful. 1. When we called to see if they could come out, they offered to come out within the hour. My husband was away for work and I was en route to get my five year old from preschool. They told us "I guess you have to choose between having heat and getting your son". We had someone meet them at our house, as we wanted to get heat put back on. 2. Their tech was there for maybe ten minutes, as he was leaving down the road by the time I pulled in. A $210 bill and they never even looked at our unit. The breaker was flipped - so they turned it back on and called it a day. Didn't investigate why the breaker was flipped, didn't look at the unit to see that we took the filter out because we were unsure why the heat wasn't working. When we called to get it rectified, no one could give us next steps. 3. Told us we need to communicate better - basically telling us we should have told the tech to look at the unit. I assumed that was a natural first step (or at least one of the first steps) when servicing a system. They will blame customers, pushing them to extreme frustration, and then wonder why customers yell back. Never, never, never calling them again. This could have ended very badly had I not gone down MYSELF to check to see if they put a filter in (which they didn't, because again, they didn't even look at the unit). For $210, they got away with such a crime. Based on some of these other reviews, we aren't alone!

If I could give a half star I would. If you order service, make sure you want the service. They make you pay in advance! What a crock! They won't even help a 20 year customer in need of heat. If you want reliable, friendly service, call Werley!

Approximately a year ago I was having issues with my unit. I had to call this company to come and see what they can do.. I was advised to change the air filters air filters in the unit. So I went out to their office And picked up a bunch of new air filters. Prior to picking up the filters I had made a appointment for Routine maintenance and service. The technician ever showed. Now on Saturday April 16th 2022 my unit completely stops working. I called the 24 hour emergency service number. They notified me that they will not be able to come out and service my machine and and Monday morning someone will get in touch with me to make an appointment for Monday. At approximately 745 Ami received the call from Susan stating that they will not be able to service the unit till Friday. Being a fact that at 7 AM it was 42゚ outside with the inside temperature of 52゚ Mind you I have little children in my home I told her it was unacceptable then she proceeded to notify me I needed to be on a service plan for them to service my machine She then followed that statement with Due to the fact that you did not give us a courtesy call and cancel the appointment a year ago and I was being rude we will not service your unit you're unit hung up on me. I then proceeded to call back at 9 o'clock in the morning to discuss the prior phone call she told me her manager was next to her and I was placed on the do not service list I told her that I have a warranty and that they in stole the unit and she said find another company
