Heather, the girl who talked with me explained the different levels of tanning and also what I could do if my face was too dark. My son was getting married that weekend and I have had awful experiences with too dark tans especially on my face which made me look dark orange and fake. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I've only experienced the spray tan here and will definitely return when I'm in need of a bronze glow again in the future. The customer service I received was top notch. The facility, however, could use some spiffying up. I stopped in with the intention of using the automatic spray tan booth where you press a button, turn a few times, and the machine sprays you head to toe. However, after getting prepped for it and all, the machine did not work. I initially did not feel comfortable with the manual spray tan option where a girl will spray you when you're next to naked, but that was the route I had to take. Great prices. Lots of beds. Always a bed available. Bulbs are always essentially brand new. Entire establishment is clean and spotless! Staff is great too! Hours are very convenient for anyone.
