My air conditioner has broken a few times, and Prescott Heating and Cooling is always my first call. Jim is great and really knows his stuff!
They offer same day service and are the most honest, reliable and professional company out there.
So many other companies will try and sell you something that you don’t need, or will say you need a whole new system (when you really don’t)… but not them. They will fix what’s broken, offer advice and never up charge you or rip you off.
I highly recommend them and I’m so thankful there’s still honest companies out there like them.
Great experience. A new air conditioner was installed and the two workers were professional and quick. The price was good and I was not pressured to purchase more than what was needed.
My air conditioning went out on a thursday. I called them and they said they were booked till the following tuesday. But would give me a call If they had something open up sooner. True to there word the next day I get a call offering help. They arrive quickly inspect the unit show me and and repair the problem. Honest work affordable price and I'm very happy
