I appreciated the attention and care that was provided, as well as clear instructions for my Leo's follow-up care. I did want to share one small concern. After the examination and diagnosis, I was surprised that Leo's wound wasn’t cleaned and dressed before we left the facility. We were given appropriate medication and instructions, however I would have expected that a basic cleansing and dressing would be part of the in-clinic care—especially given the nature of his injury and the recommendation to continue this practice at home. We were treated with such kindness today - I researched all weekend to find a vet because I thought my little Cabo could be sick. I know it may seem small, but little man was scared - and they turned on a speaker playing his favorite sounds - birds ? once he started to calm down, I could tell he heard them ? They went over everything with us and were overall fantastic. I love that I could sign him up to walk in right before leaving the house. The whole team was fantastic - I can not thank them enough.
My 10 year old terrier mix was having difficulty urinating. Brought her in was greeted by Angel with the most pleasant personality. He got a sample did a urinalysis test and the Vet Dr. Morgan Graham concluded she had a UTI. Got two medications and Chloe was feeling much more comfortable almost immediately after her first dose.
Everyone there treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness.
I was taken aback at how affordable this visit was.
