I’ve been to him before and I always leave feeling incredible - But when I walked in, I was also amazed at the perfect size gym. After my amazing massage, I went online to look up personal training. I signed up for a free 30 minute session so I could make sure it was a good fit. Adam is fantastic - he really listens and makes a program just for you. I have been going to Metanoia for both the gym side and the massage side and both have been amazing.
On the gym side, I have done the personal training, group sessions and open gym packages. Adam is great to work with and does a great job working within your physical limitations (like my 25 year old shoulder injury) to help you get stronger. The gym has practically everything you need to get a great workout either with personal training sessions, group classes (with no more than 6 people) or just open gym times. Got an incredible deal on a personal training package. I was shopping around my own gyms and found this place close to home. If you are looking for a more relaxing, more quieter experience than the cooperate gyms then this is the place for you. What I liked most is that there was ‘ OTT’ sales pitch. No one can guarantee you results. Thats up to you. Im looking forward to starting to get fit again. YES I CAN!
