Owning a restaurant for 50 years, I have had my share of contractors. KBJ is by far, one of the most superior I have employed. From the estimate, the clear communication, to the demolition and rebuild through to the finished job I always felt confident and assured. Not only are the crew personable, professional and respectful of space and customers, they are experts. The strategized on how to take a 30 year old bar floor with significant issues and rebuild it with subfloors, concrete and epoxy so that it looks brand new. Brain’s Team Not only did a fantastic job, but they were respectful and courteous. They advised what they were doing and why. We were updated daily , and the team almost felt like long time friends. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The transition from the 1970’s basement to current times is outstanding. We now spend all of our time in the basement versus our living room. We already have another two projects lined up for the team and have referred several friends.
I have had an excellent experience with Brian and his team. Very responsive and super easy to deal with. Their work is top notch. They were extremely thorough in every detail and will do as much or as little as you would prefer. I am using them for more work in the future.
