I had the most ridiculous phone interview with the “Hiring Manager” . Everything was going good until it became her mission to tell me the reason she has concerns about bringing me onboard is because of my age and my resume but I have another message saying how my resume is impressive. She told me I’m at the age where I “need to get it together” and don’t “chase the next dollar”Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone work for this company .If she was like this I can only imagine how others are .
No policy or procedure handbook given as there website states.. New Castle PA site supervisor plays favorites, doesn't listen to employees just hangs up on them, has no idea how to make a schedule, I could bgo on and on but obviously will not do any good since vice president handles phone calls the same as site manager
Started out great.then people quit was down to two people.i called for help.the hours was the worst.i asked about how's it going with trying to get people in was always nothing yet....
