A great Dojo to train at. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. For context I drive over an hour and a half one way to get here. The instructor is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming

Just completed the women's self defense course. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. I absolutely recommend it!
