We had Lebo’s out after our system started acting up, and the experience was honestly refreshing. The technician took the time to explain what was going on in plain language, showed me the issue directly, and walked through options without any pressure or upselling.
What stood out most was the honesty — focusing on what actually needed to be addressed now versus what could wait. They were punctual, professional, and respectful of our home.
It’s rare to find a company that balances technical knowledge with straightforward communication, but Lebo’s did exactly that. We’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Reviews
Josh came out same day to take a look at why our unit was freezing up. He explained to me what was going on , showed me the issue in the unit and worked on a plan to fix it. I appreciate not trying to sell me on all the unnecessary bells and whistles while being honest about the cost and what's actually needed. He performed some maintenance on the spot to help hold us over for a full service cleaning. Super friendly and I'm SO glad I called them. I look forward to giving them our business for the foreseeable future!
Thank you! David and Caleb were awesome! Shoutout Josh as well!!! Appreciate you all!
