My water heater gave out. Called Jones Plumbing at 4 pm and they were at my house by 10 the next morning. Job was done in about 2 hours. I’ve been a customer for nearly 30 years and they have always delivered for me. Highly recommended.Service: Water tank installation

Our water heater was in need of being replaced and after calling several plumbers with no results, Todd answered and got a crew out to our house that same day. Caleb and Owen went over the specifics of the system and talked about options we could go through to get the right hot water supply for the house. Their service was friendly, they careful with the work area, and the guys cleaned up before leaving. I know now to call Jones Plumbing first to get the service we need done right.

I normally have a specific company I go to for plumbing needs, but I couldn't get ahold of them and was panicking as my only toilet wouldn't flush correctly. I knew of Jones from my full time job, and gave them a call. They answer the phone right away, they checked the schedule and were honest with me that they may not be able to get to me today but they would try. Not long after they said they had a guy coming out to me. I was over the moon with their service and the quick response. The price of services was actually less than I expected for the quick turn around!100% recommend them to anyone that needs anything done!
