We tow vehicles for customers to Mavis and they always seem to be pleasant. They go out of their way to squeeze people in when they are busy if it's an urgent situation. Good place, good people...
I’m from out of town and had unfortunately ran over a nail and gotten a flat but thankfully you guys were able to squeeze me in and fix my tire right up! The staff were amazing and very welcoming I’ll definitely be back!!
My Nana has had multiple issues with her tires since having them installed at Walmart about a month ago, which has left her without a car for multiple days. Today on Christmas Eve, my husband went down hoping to see what he could do to help. As a total Hail Mary, he reached out to Mavis to see if there was any possibility they were open and willing to take a look.
Eduardo not only helped my husband, but made sure the issue was identified and taken care of quickly. Because of this, my husband is now able to get back on the road and continue running errands so we can have our Christmas Eve dinner on time. It genuinely saved our Christmas.
