Once again, Bella did a superb job for me. They did a full remodel of my mud room last year that turned out beautifully so I hired them again to tackle the flooring in my basement. We have lived in this house for almost 8 years, and the flooring was all carpet downstairs. I really do not like carpeting, and and never have so I’ve been eager to have it removed and, replaced with some type of floating floor. Jeremy came out and recommended using LVP. We move forward with that for the estimate and the contract was signed in March. I was quickly added to the schedule for in early April start. Barry had initially come out to start the job and went about removing all the carpet. We quickly found that a significant portion of the basement floor required leveling. 30 bags of leveling cement later, and we reached a point where the floor and could get installed. Throughout the job, Barry, Nate, and Shane were all extremely professional and very helpful. It was not an easy job as I had a lot of stuff in the basement that needed to be moved around and I tried to help them as best as I could. They were very aware that a lot of the contents of the basement were valuable and were very careful with moving things around. Overall, the job was scheduled to take five days and it took eight total. That was mostly due to the amount of leveling required, as well as a bit of a surprise sump pump hole that needed to be filled. I didn’t mind the small extension of time, and the crew was excellent to deal with so it was never a bother. I cannot recommend Bella enough and plan to use them again in the future for a bathroom remodel that I have in mind. They are an excellent company to deal with and the guys they have doing this work are just exceptional at their jobs. Highly recommended.
