These folks do excellent work and care deeply about their customers. When they came out to look at my water damage they simply explained what they saw and what should be done about it, without using the high pressure tactics and subtle intimidation that I've experienced in this realm before. I will definitely use them again if I ever have the need (which of course I hope I don't :) ).

I'm very pleased with the work Randy and Kyrie (married couple) did to bring my home back as close to normal as possible. They showed both compassion and kindness when I was upset. And they cleanup after themselves!! Reccomend!!

I would recommend these people to anyone. They did a great job at my house when we had the main line break in our basement water everywhere. They took care of it without questions. Very clean and made sure everything was safe for us

Kyrie, Randy, Collin and Tim were absolutely the sweetest people . Kyrie managed to calm me down and get me to stop crying during a very overwhelming time with a water leak on top of it. she was knowledgeable, reassuring and put my mind at ease, even hugged me. By the end of their time at my house I felt like they were all family. I've never dealt with people that genuinely care about you and your situation. All of them made it seem like I was family and that they were there to help, not just a job, but to truly help, like real family does. thank you all so much

They did a terrific job cleaning up a wet carpet section near my fireplace in my basement. I was going away for the weekend and had packing and shopping to do for my camping trip. They came in early the next day and put up big dehumidifiers and smaller apparatus. When I came home from my weekend away, my carpet was bone dry and didn't smell.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

To wake up at 5am to a flooded basement really sucks..Called 911 restoration and spoke with Kyrie and by noon they were in our basement taking care of the mess!!! By 5 the basement was dry (except the moisture in the drywall)They were out the next day to check the moisture and decided to let the equipment stay and work over the weekend.. Monday it was checked and all dried out!! They disposed of all our damaged furniture and whatever else got ruined. Now they're back to finish the rebuild effort. They were very informative, polite, and answered all our questions dealing with the insurance. Can't wait to see it all finished!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911 RESTORATION!!Services: Flood restoration

These folks are the BEST! They came in after we had a pipe burst. It was starting to smell and they dried everything out and sprayed stuff to make the smell go away and to stop mold! A Number 1 service!!!Services: Mold remediation

Kyrie and her team did a great job for us. A clean water supply line leaked while we were out of town and, well... there was a lot to move and remove.We got to know Kyrie and 911 through a bit of a mistake... our contractor thought he was calling someone else. When I returned to town, I met the 911 team with my insurance adjuster to see if we had the right people... or needed to make a change. I like what I saw but, in his words... "They know what they're doing." I was sold and, after seeing their work, I'm very glad we got Kyrie and 911 to help us with this.She and Randy were very responsive and careful with our things. When a small mistake on her team's part led to some spoiled food in our freezer - she wrote us a check immediately. Her team came back several weeks later and helped us re-shuffle things as the repairs continued.
