My name is Charity and I’ve recently completed the 4 week workshop at White Lotus Yoga Studio with Doreen on The Importance of Navel Point , and WOW exceptional experience! Doreen is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion for Kundalini to those who are interested. The course is well thought out and executed with absolute professionalism.Her background is very extensive and she truly is the essence of Kundalini yoga.
