Nancy is a delight as she checks you in. Laura is an amazing, kind, compassionate phlebotomy! I never feel that nasty needle (not a fan). She is finished before I anticipate the poke. Thank you Laura!
Woman who was going to take my sample was unable to explain why I was getting a urine test in addition to my blood work. I had to go back to my doctor to get answers. She was rude and made no effort to get answers for me. I went to a hospital to have my blood work done
