Sadly, after purchasing a home, we found the inspector did not do a thorough job w/ the home inspection, thus we needed to do numerous necessary repairs.
We hired Solaire to come in and check our attic insulation, and during that visit, their team noted the bathroom exhausts were vented directly into the attic.
We hired Solaire to correct this issue, installing both bathroom exhaust fan vents, with metal ducts, to the exterior of the house, as well as re-venting the dryer vent w/ a 4” solid pipe.

I cannot speak highly enough for this company!! They have gone above and beyond for all of the services I have ever requested. I have recommended them to all of my family, and they have all been beyond happy with their services! They were able to diagnose every issue we have faced, communicated very clearly, and went out of their way to help us! Their work is truly incredible and it’s clear how much they care for their work! If you are needing any help with your HVAC or insulation, I cannot recommend them enough!
The team from Solaire arrived on time, removed the existing electric water heater, and installed a new AO Smith water heater. The guys were great to work with, had all the necessary connections on hand, and completed the job efficiently without any issues. Solaire (new nhey were the installers of the furnace at my property as well, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any future heating/plumbing issues.
