Im normally not one to leave a review but honestly my nails always look great. Normally i bring a friend and we are always happy but this time it was a different story for my friend. She showed the guy the nails she wanted he said he was able to do it, but when she asked for things to be changed he just straight up told her no with no explanation on why he couldn't change these things. She asked for the poke-a-dots to be smaller cuz the ones he made were kinda big and he said no she got a little monkey and she asked for the head of the monkey to be bigger and he said no when he definitely had plenty of room to fix it. We booked a birthday party and had the most amazing time!!! The team is great to work with and remembered all the details like our own soundtrack playing for the girls to dance and a beautiful balloon arch! Highly recommend if you'd like to spoil yourself or a group of young ladies. Thanks again SN team!!!! We were very spoiled ❤
Called for appointment and only waited a few minutes before being called back. They gave me a choice of what treatment I received for my pedicure. I did not need the most deluxe treatment on my feet, I was headed out to do yard work, they were fine with that, also I did not want gel because I have several functions in the next upcoming weeks and wanted to be able to change them. They also were fine with that. I have been to several places and found this to be the most accommodating. I will go back.
