Very good experience. Armand gave me a very reasonable price and a detailed proposal, He asked for no money upfront. That was surprising in itself. Casey was the manager who arranged everything else. The crew was prompt, polite and worked diligently to replace my roof; they didn't use a hard sell approach, didn't try to up-sell me and the price quoted was the price I paid. They installed high quality Certainteed shingles and made sure that my property was covered by tarps. Clean-up was excellent. Over-all a very good experience. I recommend highly Knox's Constrution. I had a great experience with knox construction for my new roof. Chaz met with me answered all my questions and followed up negotiating a good deal for a quality service. Casey was excellent at communicating the project from start to finish including an unfortunate rain delay. The crew completing the work was kind, courteous and did a great job cleaning up and completing the work In the time frame provided. My estimate was spot on no unexpected surprises. I would be happy to recommend them and use their services in the future
