With the exception of the Supplies/Reordering department, and the Compliance department, Apria (in the Washing County Pa. area) needs a COMPLETE staffing overhaul from the ground up!!!! I have had one of the most aggravating, deceitful, and just plain horrid experiences of my life trying to get my CPAP script fulfilled. It took a week shy of 3 months' worth of arguing between them (Apria Customer service, and whomever handles the scripts/insurance approval) and my PCP, resulting in multiple phone calls from myself, my mother, my PCP, and my insurance company, to resolve this disaster. This HORRIBLE company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! For over a year now, they send me the wrong CPAP equipment but continue to bill me. I have tried to talk to someone about the issue countless times but each time they immediately switch to the billing issue (I have a past due balance that I refuse to pay since it was the wrong equipment and I had to pay out of pocket for the correct equipment) and when I tell them I will not pay until I receive the correct equipment, they hang up on me. This last call I just made a few minutes ago, I asked for a Supervisor but she said there wasn’t a Supervisor and asked if I would like to talk to a Team Lead. This company should not be in business. For a year and because they are so disorganized and awful, I have received only delays in my treatment which has caused significant setbacks to my heath.
