I am 70+ years old and I have never had a doctor let alone a surgeon call me later after the surgery to see how I feel. Outstanding service, everything about the experience was superior.

Surgery, follow up appointment, and the customer service coming from the office were all 5 stars. Everyone I encountered in those contexts was professional and courteous, everything was explained well, everything ran on time and my recovery was quick, relatively painless, and well-managed.The consultation was frustrating for me. The doctor I met with (can't remember which one) suggested I get a lot more work done than I was referred in for. When I told him it wasn't in the budget and I wanted his help prioritizing what I could do with my budget, he couldn't seem to get it through his head that I was financially unable to just get it all done at once. Great experience when my daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Daniel Smith was very friendly, had a great bedside manner and took time to answer any questions that my daughter had. The rest of the staff was professional and friendly as well. Clean and modern facility.
